Beste VCC-supporters, Graag danken wij een ieder zeer hartelijk voor zijn/haar bijdrage aan de Club van 100 van VCC. Het is misschien goed te weten waar we nu staan met de jeugd. Want daar doen we het toch allemaal voor!
- Allereerst is de jeugdafdeling sterk gegroeid.
- Ten tweede zijn we in staat om alle teams goed te coachen en trainen.
- Wij kiezen er bij VCC voor iedereen te laten spelen. Er zijn clubs waar alleen de beste spelers aan de beurt komen. Ons beleid is anders; iedereen draagt bij aan het eindresultaat.
- Er wordt door alle jeugdteams op een sportieve en plezierige manier gespeeld.
- Wij betrekken de ouders zo veel mogelijk bij het jeugdcricket, onder meer door een vaste clubavond op vrijdag.
- Wij maken gebruik van ballenmachines, zowel bij de zomer- als bij de wintertraining.
- Resultaat is dat wij sterke en enthousiaste jeugdteams hebben die volop meedraaien in de diverse jeugdcompetities. U10, U12 en U14 maken nog kans op de landstitel!
Wij zijn u er zeer dankbaar voor dat u dit alles mogelijk maakt met uw bijdragen. Over enkele jaren zullen de resultaten van uw bijdragen nog nadrukkelijker duidelijk worden, wanneer er jeugdspelers in de seniorenteams gaan spelen. Wij durven de stelling aan dat al in 2015 jeugdspelers van nu in VCC 1 en 2 zullen opduiken! Hartelijk dank! - First of all, the Youth Department has grown significantly.
- Secondly, we are able to to coach and train all teams well.
- We have chosen to let everyone contribute. There are clubs where only the best players play. Our policy is different; everyone contributes to the end result.
- As a result, all youth teams play in a sporty and enjoyable way.
- We involve the parents as much as possible in the youth cricket, inter alia through a fixed club night on Friday.
- We make use of ball machines, both in the summer and in the winter training.
- The result is that we have plenty of strong and enthusiastic youth teams competing in the various youth leagues. U10, U12 and U14 still have a chance to make it to the national finals!
We are very grateful that you all enable us to do this with your contributions. Within a few years, the results of your contributions will be even clearer, when youth players will play in the senior teams.
