Voorburg Cricket Club (VCC) is thrilled to announce that it will host the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Qualifier Europe this year! The tournament will run from 5th to 11th July 2025, with two T20I matches scheduled every day at VCC on Saturday 5th, Sunday 6th, Tuesday 8th, Wednesday 9th, and Friday 11th July.
The teams participating in this exciting tournament are the Netherlands, Scotland, Guernsey, Italy, and Jersey. The top two teams from this regional qualifier will advance to the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, which will be held in India and Sri Lanka from February to March 2026.
This is an incredible honour for VCC and a testament to the dedication and hard work of our groundstaff and all our volunteers over the years. It’s exciting to see all the efforts paying off, and we can’t wait to be part of this major event.
