Vanaf 27 januari start voor de VCC selectie de wintertraining ter voorbreiding van het seizoen 2011. As of January 27 the VCC selection will start preparing for the new season.
As of January 27 we will start the practice, alternating in the weeks between the VOC hall for technical training and Wellant for general fitness training. The schedule is as follows:
Thursday 27 Jan, 10 & 24 Feb, 10 & 24 March, 7 April
Venue: VOC indoor hall
Time: 20.00-22.00
Coach: Tim
Tuesday 1 & 15 Feb, 1, 15 & 29 March,
Venue: Wellant College, Westvlietweg (adjacent to the VCC grounds)
Time: 20.00-21.30
Coach: Theo (from Sparta Atletiek)
